General information

All prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK) or EURO and include statutory Swedish VAT of 25%. Payment and shipping fees are not included in the prices and will be stated during your purchase. We cannot guarantee that an item visible on the website is in stock, in which case we will contact you immediately via email. All material on the website is protected by copyright law and may not be downloaded without permission. You must be over 18 to shop with us or have the goalie's permission. L.O.S AB refuses to send goods to customers who have placed an order where obvious errors on the website have occurred (also called bugs) ex. Some products may have VAT / Customs fees to come, information on this is below the product description.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping worldwide. The majority of L.O.S AB packages are sent by Postnord ( It appears that individual packages are shipped directly from our factory, in these cases they are sent with an express agent such as DHL Express, TNT, FedEx or the like. Customs duties may apply on delivery from our factory. If this happens, the customer must pay the VAT / customs fee. We charge this fee in retrospect to the original order.

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated for the product. You will always receive an e-mail with more information about your delivery as well as your package ID. If your order has a product that has a longer delivery time then your order will be sent depending on the longest delivery time. If your shipment has not arrived to you 7 days after you receive the delivery confirmation, it is important that you contact us. L.O.S AB is not responsible for how the Postnord representative handles a customer's package / letter.

By law, all shipments outside the EU must be declared customs, which means that the value of the content must be stated on the package. It is your responsibility as a customer to cover any costs that may arise from delivery outside the EU (including Norway). In some cases, shipments can be delayed at the respective country's customs offices.

No right of return on mouthguards opened due to health reasons. But should there be any factory defect on your product, contact us as soon as we will help you!

Returns & Exchanges
At face mask we have no right of return or right of exchange for health reasons. We can accept returns provided that your product is in the same package unbroken. Contact us by email for more info on how to proceed!

We accept no responsibility for unresolved shipments sent overseas. Should such a shipment still be sent back to us, we will charge the actual shipping cost (back and forth) and Euro15: -.

Unsolved shipping
Shipments that are not collected, but which are returned to us (will be returned if not collected within 10 days from postal agent) are not covered by the return or cancellation right. If the shipment is not picked up, we will charge you SEK 149 and any invoice fees, to cover our costs. The fee is added to the original invoice. The same applies to international shipments.

We take no responsibility for unresolved shipments sent overseas. Should such a shipment still be sent to us, we will charge the actual shipping cost (back and forth) and SEK 149: -.

Once we have received your return and checked the condition of your returned product, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days or cancel your invoice. You will be notified by email when your refund has been completed. If you have used any discount then the sum will be adjusted according to the terms of the discount code, after which you will receive a confirmation email with the final amount.

Cancellation & Change of orders
You cannot cancel an order after the order has been completed. If the order is completed and you as a customer must receive the order. If you do not receive your order, we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 149. However, L.O.S AB can cancel a placed order from the customer as there may have been unforeseen errors on the website ex bugs.

Personal data
When you shop at, your personal information is registered in our system. When you order from us you accept our agreement for this. L.O.S AB processes all personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act, PUL. The information you submit to us is used confidentially, nothing is passed on to third parties. They are used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and otherwise to provide you with the best possible service. You have the right to request access to your information. If something is not right, you can have it changed or removed.

Orders made with the name of another person without their consent are counted as fraud. All suspected fraud is reported to the police.
When you shop with us, we protect your information with the help of encryption. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is a security protocol for securely transmitting data over the Internet (or other networks).
The SSL protocol causes all information sent between the buyer and the seller to be encrypted.

Address details
Be careful when you enter your contact / address information, we will send to the exact address you specify. If your name / surname is not listed or not in the mailbox, you must enter a C / O address (the surname of the person who is registered in the address where the order is sent). It is your responsibility as a buyer to provide the correct address.

Force majeure
LOS AB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that we could not advise for, for example, in the event of changed legislation, changed government measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, technical problems or errors in electricity / telecommunications / data connections, war, terrorism, labor conflicts, fire , flood, natural disaster or similar events.

In the event of a dispute, we have a policy of following the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
